Los Cerritos Wetlands
I continue to work with landowners, public agencies, environmental organizations, community stakeholders, and elected officials to help advance the restoration of more than 150 acres of the Los Cerritos Wetlands and public open space. This work involves coordinating complex environmental, conservation, regulatory, infrastructure, and public policy matters among numerous stakeholders.

Provided government affairs and entitlement consulting services for a proposed data center and light industrial/office development located at 3800 Via Oro Avenue in Long Beach, California. Work included assisting the client with the entitlement and governmental approval process required for the proposed development.

We are actively working with our client on multi-year contracts for outdoor festivals across California, including cities such as Fresno, Huntington Beach and Long Beach.

Provided government affairs and public agency consulting services to Interstate Outdoor Advertising Company for a project involving advertising displays on lifeguard towers in Long Beach and Huntington Beach, California. Work included assisting the client with governmental approvals and coordinating with the appropriate public agencies and local jurisdictions.

Murchison Consulting assisted Interstate Outdoor Advertising with response to RFP issued by the City of LB for advertising on their lifeguard towers. Interstate won the procurement.
June 2023
LA County Fire Foundation awarded the contract to Interstate Outdoor Advertising with Yeti as the fist advertiser to be displayed on the towers.

Provided government affairs and entitlement consulting services for a proposed 56-acre light industrial and office development located at the intersection of Studebaker Road and 2nd Street in Long Beach, California. Work included assisting the client with the entitlement process, governmental approvals, and coordination with relevant public agencies for the proposed development.

Provided government affairs and regulatory consulting services to a property owner, working in coordination with the client’s environmental consultant to secure regulatory closure from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board for a mixed-use property. Work included assisting with agency coordination and facilitating the regulatory review process necessary to obtain a closure letter, enabling the property owner to proceed with the timely sale of the property.
